We are excited to welcome our Eagles back for another year of learning and growing! Whether you are a returning student or new to our school, our dedicated teachers and staff members are ready for a successful and memorable school year together!

 

School starts for the 26-27 academic year on Tuesday, September 1st for Kindergarten – 12th Grade.

4K will begin on Thursday September 3rd

Easy as 1, 2, 3!

1) Annual Online Registration

Beginning June 1st, all families must complete the annual online registration for the upcoming school year.  Parents and guardians can complete online registration in their Infinite Campus parent portal. Please complete online registration by August 1st.

2) Pay Student Fees  

Student fees will be accessible beginning on August 1st and may be paid online in their Infinite Campus parent portal. Please pay student fees on or before September 1st. To access student fees, login to your portal account and select Fees in the left side navigation.  

3) Review Back to School Information

  • August 7th – Last day for Transportation Changes
  • August 21st – Bus routes available in Infinite Campus
  • August 22nd – Districtwide Back-to-School Bash: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m behind Range Line Community Center.  Music, games, food trucks, concessions, bounce houses, ice cream and more.  Purchase spirit wear, meet your local PTO, boosters, and other community organizations.
  • August 24th – Class schedules available in Infinite Campus
  • August 25th – 4K Curriculum Night: 6:00 p.m. at Range Line
  • August 26th – 4K Meet the Teacher Event: 5:00 p.m. at Virmond Park

  • Our transportation partner, Go Riteway, prepares bus routes each year in consultation with the Mequon-Thiensville School District based on school start and end times and student population densities. You will be required to enter your child's transportation routing information during the online enrollment process.

    • The last day for families to submit transportation changes is August 7th.  In order to finalize routes, no other requests after August 7th will be finalized until September 11th.
    • Bus route information will be viewable on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal  on August 21st.  Route information will NOT be mailed home.

  • The district supports the health and wellness of all of our students. In helping to ensure that your child has access to the appropriate medical treatment during the school day, it is necessary that we have all relevant emergency and/or medication forms on file.

    All medication (prescribed or OTC) that is administered to students or taken by a student while at school requires a permission form. All prescribed medications need a physician’s signature.

  • The Mequon-Thiensville School District provides a variety of healthy and tasty meal options daily in partnership with its food service provider, Aramark. Our shared goal is to provide students with a well-balanced meal that also appeals to their tastes, while meeting the guidelines of the USDA's National School Lunch Program.

  • The free and reduced meal application is available online beginning August 1. You may complete and submit the form online, or download a printable version to complete and submit. Copies of the application are also available in each school office and the district office. If you plan to submit a printed copy, please do so at the Mequon-Thiensville School District office, located at 5000 W. Mequon Road. The free and reduced meal application can be submitted anytime during the school year. If you have questions about applying for free or reduced meals, please contact Cindy Leinfelder at cleinfelder@mtsd.k12.wi.us.

  • Elementary classroom placements will be available in the Infinite Campus parent portal on August 24th*.  We'll send an email reminder!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Parents who are new to the district will receive an email with personalized Infinite Campus login and password details upon enrolling in the district.

    If you have previously logged in to Infinite Campus but have forgotten your username and/or password, you can now change your login credentials by selecting the "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" links found on the portal login page.

  • Student fees will be accessible beginning August 1st and may be paid online in the Infinite Campus parent portal. To access student fees in parent portal, login to your account and select Fees in the left side navigation. If you have questions about student fees, please contact Cindy Leinfelder at cleinfelder@mtsd.k12.wi.us.

    If you would like to pay in cash, please contact your school office.

  • All families must complete online registration annually through the Infinite Campus portal. Online registration for the upcoming school year begins on June 1. Both new and returning families will receive email notifications. Please see this visual step-by-step guide for instructions on navigating and completing online registration.

  • In order to finalize the routes, no transportation changes/requests will be processed between August 7 and September 11.


    Bus route information will be available in Infinite Campus beginning August 21 Please visit the transportation section of our website for information and forms related to your child's bus route.

    If you have questions or concerns regarding bus transportation, please feel free to contact Go Riteway directly, or direct the matter to your school principal.

  • Along with home-to-school and school-to-home services, the Mequon-Thiensville School District offers additional transportation options to provide flexibility to our families. Students may be picked up and/or delivered to a point other than their designated home bus stop if certain criteria are met. Families may choose one bus stop location for arrival (pick up), and one bus stop location for dismissal (drop-off). Exceptions may be considered if there is legal documentation that would warrant such consideration. Please contact your school office if you feel this exception applies to you.

    Please click on the links below to submit your request. Requests must be made by August 7 to be ready for the first day of school. Requests after that date will be finalized on Sept 11.

  • Please visit our enrollment page for information on enrolling your child in the Mequon-Thiensville School District.

    You must be a resident within the Mequon - Thiensville District boundaries to enroll your child. If you live outside the area, the open-enrollment application period for the 25-26 school year is now closed. Please click here for information regarding open enrollment for the 26-27 school year, which begins in February and runs through the end of April.
